Alors les trois hommes passèrent au travers du camp des Philistins, et puisèrent de l'eau de la citerne qui est à la porte de Bethléhem. Ils l'apportèrent et la présentèrent à David; mais David ne voulut pas la boire, et il la répandit devant l'Eternel.

And the three brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that [was] by the gate, and took [it], and brought [it] to David: but David would not drink [of] it, but poured it out to the LORD,
